A.900mm Chocolate Enrobing Machine


 


1.Removable chocolate storage tank, making it easy to clean and refill.

2.The enrobing head, with single or double curtain type, is adjustable both longitudinally and transversely, which makes it easier to remove for rinsing.  

3.Stated diameter of air channel, the wind-blow nozzle is removable, and air volume can be adjusted by the guide plate.

4.The mesh belt vibrator, with the unique horizontal support design, is used for vibration equilibrium on the product surface.

5.The enrobing machine head is equiped with hot lamps

6.Mechanical chocolate reverse-flow system makes it possible for dropped chocolate returning to storage tank, instead of piling up.

The Freezer Configuration

1.Adopting direct contact cooling method on the top in most parts of cooling zone

2.2 sets of 5P industrial air conditioner and refrigerating air compressor in the tunnel.

3.With the latest concept for tunnel cover, complete integral-combination design and precise joint, it effectively avoids energy loss.

4.It is super easy to clean. The cover could be removed completely or open tipsily, without any tools.

5.No shifting grade to adjust for the conveyor belt, and it is equipped with the automatic belt calibration and belt tension device.


C.T-900 Chocolate Decorating Machine



1.After enbrobed by enrobing machine, chocolate will be cooled down and moulded in the forepart cooling tunnel, so that the decorative design and outline can be shown.

2.No adjustable grade for the spraying nozzle,chocolate is fed to spray nozzle by insulation cylinder.In this way, dark chocolate could be combined with white/milk chocolate.

3.The spraying nozzle is insulated and easy to replace.

4.Cleaning and unclogging work is done by the top pins.

5.Photoelectricity-controlled positioning decorating.

6.Feeding system provides sizing for decorating system, and products are cooled down in the backend of cooling tunnel.
