This machine is exclusively used for chocolate with crispy rice, oats or other particles. The whole production process  includes moulding, cooling, mold-releasing and conveying.

Main Features

1.Controlled by PLC, automatic frequency-conversion and speed regulation.

2.Operated by man-machine interface, equipped with overload protection. Automatic security alarm rings once problem occurs, and displayed on the touch screen.

3.Procedural work for each product. In this way, it is easier to switch products with different weight ratio, and more stable in accordance with formula.

4.Heating system is separated from control system, while control system is in sleeping mode, constant temperature could still be guaranteed in the chocolate tank.

5.Chocolate could be mixed with nuts, grains, oats and other particles, client can request for moulding chocolate mixture roll for different sizes and types.

6.We adopt stainless steel material or imported PC material at product moulding and food contact parts.

7.With imported technology, we are continuously improving our equipment by after-sales process.  

8.Integrated type of cooling tunnel, with high automation level, with only one personnel to control the entire production process.
