Production process:

WORKING PROCESS

A. After the production office receives the company's order and artwork, the production manager will confirm the relevant matters and issue a "production order".

B. The production manager informs each production team to make corresponding production preparations and deliver the Production Order to the blanking group. The production process of the factory starts here.

C. The blanking group selects the plates of the corresponding material according to the requirements of the "Production Order" to perform the blanking operation. After the blanking operation is completed, the operator counts the quantity, and after the error is correct, the corresponding column on the Production Order is signed for confirmation and notified Quality inspection personnel carry out inspection

D. Quality inspectors conduct random inspections on the processing quality of the products declared by the blanking group, and after passing the inspection, sign the corresponding column on the Production Order for confirmation, and inform the operator of the inspection results. The unqualified products shall be reworked by the operator in time, and the inspection shall be submitted again.

E. The blanking group delivers qualified processed products and Production Orders to the polishing group.

F. The polishing group receives the production order and the blanking products, and checks the quantity, grinding and polishing operations
