Chocolate Vertical cooler is made of 201 all stainless steel. All door panels of the freezer are made of double-layer stainless steel insulation panels, and glass windows are installed at both ends for easy observation during production, installation and use can be opened, maintenance and cleaning are convenient. Each layer of track is laid with a polymer material fixed chain, which is clean and hygienic and guarantees the chain transmission. Stable delivery and reduce noise during chain transportation.

Does the freezer cooling temperature remain the same?

No, for pure fat chocolate, the temperature control is very strict. Our equipment cools chocolate in three steps. Entrance of the refrigerator: The chocolate has just been injected into the mold, and the temperature difference should not be too large, otherwise the surface is prone to ripples and unevenness.

In the middle of the freezer: At this time, the outer surface of the chocolate has been completely cooled, and it needs to be lowered to cool the inside to facilitate complete cooling.

At the outlet of the freezer: return to a temperature similar to that at the inlet to prevent excessive temperature difference from producing water vapor when in contact with the outside world.
