MACHINE DESCRIPTION

The LST-BM500 industrial chocolate ball mill has been jointly developed by a number of technicians, using special parts and accessories processed by Chengdu military-civilian integration enterprises, while absorbing the experience of many horizontal ball mill manufacturers such as German Buqin, Netzsch, Lehman, and On this basis, it is equipped with an automatic temperature control system for the internal circulation of cold and hot water, and adopts imported PLC and Schneider low-voltage electrical appliances, making this equipment fully reach the international leading level.

In order to reduce maintenance costs, the inner sleeve is also designed as a replaceable sleeve.

Full graphic touch screen control, easy to operate, automatic grinding process, visualization of parameters, only one person is required to operate the whole set of equipment.

The unit is online, centralized on the touch screen control, and the production process of chocolate ball mill is programmed and visualized to reduce the formula deviation and product quality instability caused by manual operation.
