MACHINE DESCRIPTION
LST continuous chocolate tempering machines deliver continuously tempered chocolate from 250kg per hour upward. It is designed with vertical shape, chocolate will enter from the bottom, go through 4 tempering zones then the heat preservation zone.At last, chocolate will be pumped at the top of the machine. After these different temperature zones, chocolate will be crystalized well, with smooth taste and very long preservation time.
Matched with Water Cooling Unit
Continues chocolate tempering machine needs 8~10℃cooling water, Water cooling unit as optional machines for tempering machine, if factory has cooling water supply, this machine is no need.
