The automatic grain bar making machine includes three machines: chocolate melting machine, mixing machine, and oatmeal forming machine. The equipment uses DELTA PLC control system, automatic frequency conversion speed regulation.

1.The grain mixing machine has two material transfer systems and one chocolate feeding system;

2.It adopts PLC program control, automatic frequency control, production is more stable;

3.The heating system is separated from the control system, in the case of power failure of the control system, the heating system can ensure the constant temperature of chocolate and prolong the life of control system;

4.Continuous mixing with precision CAM rotor pump to ensure stable chocolate mixing radio;

5.In the production process, the mixed materials can be detected by the sensor, and the frequency converter can realize the feeding function, without stopping control;

6.Product formula storage electronic parameterization, in the replacement of products is very time saving, easy to operate;

7.The forming section of the main machine and the contact part with food are made of stainless steel, which is more good-looking and convenient for cleaning.
