What is Nama chocolate

Raw chocolate is originated from Japan, it is called Nama chocolate. In Japanese, Nama means Fresh and Pure. Raw chocolate is called Ganache in French, Ganache is a mixture with whipped cream, cream, liquid sugar and liquor, after melting, it becomes solid chocolate with very soft texture. Usually, Ganache is used as inside filling for many other candy products most of the time, while when it is covered with chocolate shell, it becomes Bonbon.
