It is designed with vertical shape, chocolate will enter from the bottom, go through 4 tempering zones then the heat preservation zone.At last, chocolate will be pumped at the top of the machine. After these different temperature zones, chocolate will be crystalized well, with smooth taste and very long preservation time.
