Today we are going to talk about How to set a initial depositing position for these new One Shot Chocolate Depositor.

A. There are usually some existing recipes which had been preset in the program. However, we usually need a different recipe for a different chocolate mold. So setting a new recipe becomes very important.Today, we are going to talking about the way to set an initial depositing position for a new mold.
B. To protect the mold and chocolate nozzles, we usually need to set the initial depositing position to be higher than mold surface. After Back To Zero are performed,place a chocolate mould right under the depositor nozzles.press DOWN button to move the nozzles down to the mold cavity until there are only 5mm gap to the surface of molds. This is for you to check whether the nozzles are at the correct position of the molds. Then you press Save Initial Position. In this way, the first step of setting the initial position is done.
C. After that, you can test and set the belt speed and sensor delay to make sure mold stops at the correct position while depositing. Detailed setting steps will be shared in the next articles.
D. When the parameters are set, and the mold can be stopped at the correct positing while each depositing. We can now go to next step to set the final initial depositing position for the Center Filling Chocolate Depositor. It will be difficult for us to get a perfect shaped filling If we can not find a good initial depositing position. Especially for center-filled chocolate bar products. After hundreds of test, we find out that we can get a good filling shape if there is 5-10mm gap between nozzles and the bottom of the mold. So we set place a mold down there under the nozzles again, and then move the nozzles into the cavities on the mold until there is only 5-10mm gap. Then we press the big yellow button again to save the coordinate.
E. Then we can go back to Automatic Mode and try the newly set initial depositing position and make some minor adjustment if you think it is not good enough.
