Benefit: The equipment program can automatically control heating and lifting and manual heating and lifting. In automatic production, when the mold stops, the heating device of the baking mold automatically stops heating and automatically lifts the baking mold cover; the machine stops running but the temperature of the heating section cools down slowly, and the automatic lifting of the baking mold cover can prevent the mold from being damaged and deformed due to excessive temperature.
2 Why need to heat the mold?
Heat the mold; dry the moisture on the mold and keep it dry; if there is moisture on the mold, the shelf life of the finished chocolate will be shortened, and the taste of the chocolate will also be affected; the chocolate remaining on the mold after melting back into the mold will be different from the later poured chocolate. The chocolate can be better integrated, and there will be no uneven and flawed finished products; it can effectively ensure the quality of the chocolate.

3 Why are our plastic molds equipped with Latch pins and springs.
Latch pin: make the pouring positioning more accurate, in order to increase the strength of the plastic mold and make the mold more stable during the moving process
Spring: The spring is for better positioning of the abrasive tool, so that the abrasive tool is always kept in the center; it is convenient to take the mold.
4 Why are our chains better?
The track chain is fixed by polymer plastic guide rails, which can effectively prevent the wear of the chain and reduce the noise during the conveying process;
It adopts the best shield high-strength chain drive in China, so it is expensive;
The chain will not come into contact with the overflowing chocolate, which guarantees the food hygiene requirements to the greatest extent;
There is a tension detection device on the chain;
The chain is controlled by servo motor, the performance is more stable, and it is not easy to break the chain.

5 The depositing head has several depositing functions, which ones are they? What are the related products?
Elementary: fixed-point pouring, making bars, simple small one-shot products.
Upgrade: It has the function of three-dimensional depositing and strip depositing, which can make spherical, one-shot products, strip products, etc.
Re-upgrade: move and follow depositing: this is to improve depositing efficiency, the machine head moves with the mold and deposits while moving, matching the packaging machine to produce products at a uniform speed
6 How does our depositing machine achieve chocolate insulation? What brand of water pump do we use? Why use this pump?
The main body of the machine head and the chocolate material tank are heated by circulating hot water, the water tank is heated by two sets of 3KW heating pipes, and the temperature module constant temperature controls the water temperature. A small refrigeration unit can also be added to the pure grease casting when needed, which can achieve the purpose of fast (cooling) constant temperature.
